The problem
Gaps in capability, hiring & accessibility
We saw recurring systemic gaps. Higher education taught academic theory without demonstrable capability; hiring pipelines relied on keyword filters rather than actual engineering signal; and accessibility tools remained isolated afterthoughts.

We began prototyping targeted technical solutions. Early experiments focused on candidate code evaluation, automated screening workflows, and real-time speech-to-sign language translation to see where software could make the highest impact.

MyCodeBud emerged to help students build verifiable portfolios with guided workspaces and 1-on-1 mentorship. Shiktra ATS emerged to unify sourcing, AI screening, and structured interview rubrics into one seamless hiring platform.

Signum Verbum Assistive AI
Signum Verbum pushed our engineering into deep assistive technology: a streaming speech-to-sign translation engine with 3D avatar rendering, and an institutional Grade 1 & 2 Text-to-Braille conversion stack with MathML support.
